Protecting Our Island, People, and Resources! That's our mission. And with this website, we want to provide the information needed including Guam's Customs & Quarantine Agency regulations as it relates to passenger, cargo, vessels, and aircraft entering Guam's borders in order to comply with what is required and stay within the law.
Our agency also acts on behalf of a multitude of local and federal agencies, executing many of their regulations at one of Guam's five ports of entry. Browse the subjects listed on the top to find what you need.
Remember, Guam is outside of the U.S. Customs zone, therefore, we manage our own customs affairs. We are duty-free with no import tariffs assessed upon commodities. We regulate many things, including the assessing of our own customs service charges, use tax, tobacco tax, other fees, and penalties.
